Manager of Labor & Delivery (RN)

Oversee daily operations and staffing of the Labor & Delivery unit to ensure quality care and efficient workflow. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices. Support staff development through ongoing education, performance evaluations, and professional growth opportunities.
