Job Summary
Own the end-to-end software intake, vetting, and approval process for the firm's enterprise technology portfolio. Coordinate Security, Privacy, Risk, Architecture, and AI governance reviews to ensure technology investments align with standards while promoting tool reuse. Maintain Olympus as the authoritative software catalog, governing portfolio rationalization and lifecycle roadmaps. Partner with Application Service Owners to develop tool-level roadmaps and provide input into budgeting and renewals. Directly supervise multiple non-supervisory employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, and managing performance. Establish departmental standards, workflows, and decision criteria while optimizing intake processes and catalog usability.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and comfortably with a wide range of audiences
- Possess a breadth of perspective on IT technology and business issues
- Strong financial analysis skills include the intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Track record for leading change and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation
- Strong leadership and project management skills including verbal and written communication skills
- Technical skills including Microsoft Products
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
