Job Summary
Lead and manage the Infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight while developing and executing the enterprise infrastructure roadmap. Own capacity planning, lifecycle management, and refresh strategies for network and server environments, implementing monitoring and observability across on-premises and cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure. Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and managed services, govern infrastructure standards, and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and support on-call escalations for critical issues. Provide infrastructure support for enterprise application and ERP platforms such as Sage X3, manage endpoint architecture and security posture, and collaborate with Manufacturing teams to secure operational technology. Perform food safety responsibilities and uphold Corporate Responsibility initiatives including Zero Waste and volunteering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure engineering
- 3 or more years in a leadership or management capacity
- 3 or more years of experience with an advanced degree
- Deep expertise in enterprise network design and administration, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN/ZTNA
- Strong experience with Microsoft server technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
- Experience managing projects with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability
- Experience with storage area network (SAN) devices
- Experience in Manufacturing organizations and operational technology (OT) environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staff and communicate infrastructure strategy to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing projects with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability; experience with storage area network (SAN) devices preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing organizations and operational technology (OT) environments preferred
