Job Summary
Design and implement strategic logistics solutions to optimize HomeGoods and HomeSense Distribution Centers, managing a team of Industrial Engineering Managers. Lead process improvements, engineered methods, and labor standard analysis to increase productivity and reduce costs while ensuring data integrity for incentive reporting. Evaluate facility layouts, storage capacity, and throughput to develop optimal supply chain networks and execute interim plans for network design. Oversee labor, material, and process costing to support capital ROI justifications and manage departmental goals, including recruitment, compensation, and associate relations. Requires 25%-75% travel and experience with labor and warehouse management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Willingness to travel 25%-75%
- Experience with implementing and maintaining labor management and warehouse management systems
- Certified in one or more standard data work measurement techniques (MOST, MTM, MSD, Ease, etc)
