Job Summary
Deliver insights and reporting that drive financial, sales, and operational performance by leading monthly financial reporting, claims trend analysis, and dashboard creation. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders while managing telesales forecasting, call center performance metrics, and invoice validation. Oversee a team of analysts through coaching and prioritization to ensure high-quality deliverables, collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Actuarial leadership. Optimize business performance through analytical modeling and identify growth opportunities across the Individual & Family Markets organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years experience in data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement, or management consulting
- Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in health care / health insurance 1 year of management / leadership experience
- Strong analytical ability
- Analytical strategic thinker, with the business acumen to analyze data and translate into actionable takeaways
- Articulate communicator to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or processes in a manner that drives to tangible impact
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities
- Flexible, resourceful, able to work in an ambiguous environment
- 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with health plan reimbursement (e.g., network contracting or medical drug reimbursement)
- Experience managing a data/analytics team
- Bachelor degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics
- Advanced degree such as Juris Doctor, MBA, or MHA
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience of Healthcare industry - payor, provider, pharmacy
