Job Summary
Manager of HR Systems leads strategy, governance, and optimization of HR technology offerings, partnering with HR leadership to align HR operations, analytics, and emerging technologies with business results. Responsibilities include defining HR technology strategy, overseeing implementations and system enhancements, enabling workforce analytics and AI-enabled process improvements, and collaborating across recruiting, benefits, talent development, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Ideal background includes 7-10+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience with platforms such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar systems. Hybrid role based in New York City with 3 days onsite in midtown.
