Job Summary

Lead the development and evolution of HR technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, focusing on AI-enabled capabilities and innovation. Partner with HR Leadership, HR Shared Services, and IT to identify opportunities that improve associate experience and operational effectiveness. Research emerging HR technology and AI trends to recommend solutions supporting business objectives, while developing cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for technology investments. Evaluate root causes, analyze data, and implement sustainable solutions to drive delivery of continuous improvement projects for HR and HR Shared Services. Partner with HR Technology and IT teams to evaluate bi-annual platform releases, including Workday and ServiceNow enhancements, ensuring effective governance and alignment across initiatives. Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. Manage performance, development planning, and associate engagement to translate innovative ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Technology, Process Improvement, or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence influencing senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience developing and implementing technology, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in Agile environments and leading change management efforts
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and service delivery models
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and related HR technology platforms
  • Knowledge of generative AI and predictive/analytical AI capabilities and applications with ability to evaluate for adoption
  • Continuous improvement expertise, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical, business case development, and financial acumen including budget management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, both direct and indirect reports
