Job Summary
Manager of Health & Safety responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide safety programs across a multi-site portfolio of retail, restaurant, and fueling operations, ensuring full OSHA and state compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture. Leads incident reporting/investigation and root cause analysis, develops and oversees OSHA training programs, partners with Facilities, Legal, Risk Management, and Operations, and manages vendor/contractor safety programs and driver-safety initiatives. Supports regulatory reporting, external audits, and KPI-driven safety performance with a focus on governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification (required)
