Job Summary
Lead the organization's Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance program; maintain health and safety program; develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Program to promote service excellence across KACL programs; collaborate with service delivery programs and Corporate Services to support the organization’s goals; provide leadership throughout the organization in oversight of the HSQA program; promote a culture of Safety, Teamwork, Courtesy, and Inclusion; develop, monitor, and maintain Health and Safety and Quality Assurance programs; receive and review feedback and complaints and take appropriate action; prepare annual Operational Plans for Health and Safety and for Quality Assurance; act as a resource for Managers and Supervisors to ensure policies and procedures are known, understood, and followed; collaborate with other Corporate Services departments to provide integrated and efficient services; provide leadership and expertise to inform management decision-making; benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a pension plan; opportunities for personal and professional growth.
