Manager of Grants & Supply Chain

Oversee grant and contract lifecycle management from project development through award, implementation, reporting, and invoicing. Ensure seamless coordination among departments while maintaining compliance with reporting, legal, and budget obligations. Collaborate with administrative and program staff to establish policies, develop data collection mechanisms, and serve as the key contact for the FQHC HRSA Section 330 Grant, including portal submissions and liaison duties with federal project officers. Manage the Granttracker+ system to track deliverables and maintain accurate records of all activities. Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and related activities to ensure ongoing stewardship of relationships.
