Job Summary
Manager of Geospatial Training & Support leads the Geospatial Support, Training, Professional Services, and Technology Enablement team to help customers adopt Trimble and related workflow technology. Oversees service delivery processes, training programs, and scalable offerings around workflow consulting, technology adoption, data services, training delivery, and long-term customer success. Builds a high-performing, customer-first culture with focus on responsiveness, communication, consistency, professionalism, and technical excellence; partners with sales to align support with customer needs; engages with customers to understand workflow challenges and drive measurable value; explores responsible use of AI and emerging tech to improve support and internal workflows. Travel is expected ~25% to engage customers, develop the team, and support initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Progressive leadership experience in running a financially lucrative professional services business, technical support, training, customer success, professional services, or related function
