Job Summary
FP&A Manager at PRIME AE responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; developing financial models and dashboards (Power BI) to provide leadership with insights; analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency; partnering with Finance, Operations, and Business Unit leaders; supporting M&A analysis, ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) usage, and driven strategic initiatives; requiring a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in financial planning/analysis with strong Excel and BI skills; experience in AEC industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business analytics, or related financial roles
- Experience leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Strong experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting
- Experience working with ERP systems; Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data
- Understanding of financial statements, budgeting principles, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics
- Experience supporting operational leaders and translating financial information into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred
