Manager of Financial Reporting (14,526)

Lead the interim and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation and distribution of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A to internal and external stakeholders. Manage variance analyses, ensure compliance through disclosure checklists, and provide technical accounting support for GAAP/regulatory requirements. Monitor and enhance ICFR and internal controls narratives, assist with month-end consolidation, and support implementation of new accounting or disclosure requirements in coordination with the technical accounting team and external auditors. Review contracts for accounting implications and perform other duties as assigned. Preferred experience with Workiva Wdesk and XBRL.
