Job Summary
Partner with finance and Windsor leadership to create financial plans, forecasts, and monthly board reports covering financial, operational, and sales data. Own the financial modeling process for Windsor and integrate it within Oracle EPM, while analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results to identify trends. Lead monthly touchpoint meetings to review financial performance and support strategic planning, including annual budget cycles, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario modeling. Complete ad hoc financial analyses and assist in creating deliverables for strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and/or accounting
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience and understanding of financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows
- Exposure to finance and accounting
- Knowledge of the principles of providing a high level of customer service with internal customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in group situations to staff and Management
- Ability to work well with deadlines
- Detail oriented
