Job Summary
FP&A Manager to partner with IT leadership, lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for the technology organization; manage operating expenses and capital investments related to technology initiatives; develop financial models and ROI analyses for strategic IT projects; perform monthly variance analysis and support month-end reporting; build dashboards and KPI reporting to track financial and operational performance; identify opportunities to automate and standardize financial reporting and planning processes; collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and technology teams on enterprise IT initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- Experience supporting operational business units or serving as a finance business partner
- Exposure to ERP systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skill set
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting technology organizations or IT finance environments is preferred, but not required
