Manager of Field Operations

Direct sales research to determine market conditions and develop programs to increase market share and profitability for bridge and concrete structure erection projects. Develop and direct implementation of approved short-term and long-range strategies while estimating and bidding rehabilitation and new steel projects. Provide necessary input to Planning, Engineering, and Scheduling to coordinate information ensuring efficient, safe, and economical project erection. Direct Foremen in individual project goals, review job outcomes, and ensure daily planning and safety huddles occur. Manage communications with contractors regarding preliminary requirements, procedures, and schedules to ensure progress and profitability. Analyze job costs and performance weekly to redirect Field Operations activities and improve overall project performance.
