Manager of Fan System Testing & Estimation

Job Summary
Lead a team of analysts and technicians to oversee field-testing operations for industrial fan systems, including drone-based inspections for boilers, kilns, and steel mill draft systems. Supervise technical programs covering flow and pressure testing, particulate sampling, and equipment calibration while ensuring strict safety compliance. Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics for project teams. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to align goals, review test plans, and support the Upgrade Division with pricing strategies and proposal development. Analyze historical data to refine estimation accuracy. Requires 40–50 hours weekly, potential travel to 70%, and ability to work in extreme conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience in relevant field degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of field testing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Passport
- Commercial Drone License or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in flow and pressure testing equipment
- MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
