Job Summary
Lead and supervise the maintenance and custodial teams to ensure around-the-clock operation and safety of the Melrose Park facility; implement and monitor preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes while coordinating with program directors and staff to align facilities with program needs.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing teams
- Valid driver's license
