Job Summary
The Manager of Event Sales is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling the venue, catering services, and other add-on experiences. The role requires advanced knowledge of sales strategies, strong client relationship building, and event execution capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, securing new business through networking and outreach, managing client satisfaction, and overseeing event coordination and operational excellence. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced leadership skills with an understanding of team building/development
- Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrates financial management, analytical, and planning skills
- Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbs)
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 4 years catering and/or event sales, operations and/or event planning management in off-site catering, hotel or cultural attraction catering venue preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Tripleseat
