Events Manager to lead global events program from ideation to execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies; leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and surface insights; manage cross-functional interfaces, production requirements, and budgets; travel to event locations worldwide; develop and deliver impactful event strategy and logistics with strong communication and program-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats, including large-scale and innovative programs
- Experience leveraging AI to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to travel to event locations globally
- Stellar program development and management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels
- Strong time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create pre-event planning decks and post-event summaries

- Comfort with operating in an AI-native environment to increase output
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously within deadlines and budgets
