Job Summary
Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across civil, structural, telecom, and energy disciplines to deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through completion. Oversee the review and approval of drawings, models, and reports while acting as the key point of contact for clients and construction partners to resolve issues and ensure project outcomes. Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize performance, providing mentorship to foster a high-performance team environment. Conduct site visits as needed and travel regularly between Phoenix, AZ and Irvine, CA offices. Requires a valid Professional Engineering license, BS in Civil Engineering, and 2+ years of leadership experience. Compensation ranges from $125K to $160K.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Professional Engineering license
- Ability to obtain CA PE license
- Ability to obtain other state PE licenses as needed
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated management experience on civil engineering projects
- Demonstrated management experience on structural engineering projects
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of tnxTower
- Knowledge of RISA
- Knowledge of other structural software
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to interact effectively with contractors
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
