Job Summary
Manage a team of Employment Consultants by defining roles, selecting members, and delegating caseloads and billable hours. Lead strategizing, quality assurance, and performance management to ensure CARF accreditation compliance and contract adherence. Generate negotiated outcomes through job placements and billable hours while maintaining relationships with businesses, funders, and community partners. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, annual reviews, and staff training to support professional development. Assist with timecards, payroll adjustments, and data reporting to ensure accurate DDA and DVR billing. Travel between office and community locations daily to support diverse work settings and address operational risks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in social work, human services, public administration, community organization & advocacy or related field
- 2+ years' experience in employment or disability related services
- Demonstrated knowledge of Job Development, Job Creation, systematic training, job carving, and available funding sources related to services provided
- 1+ year in a management or supervisory role
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Valid Washington State Driver License
- Ability to pass a five (5) year Driving Record Check
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between office and community locations daily
- Must be able to travel between locations and provide support in a variety of work settings
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds
- Walking for up to three (3) hours at a time
- Standing for up to four (4) hours at a time
- Sitting for up to eight (8) hours at a time
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions and traversing uneven ground
- Ascending and descending stairs, steps, and step stools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in social work, human services, public administration, community organization & advocacy or related field (Preferred)
- 1+ year in a management or supervisory role (Preferred)
