Job Summary
Lead the alignment of hyperscaler customer requirements with manufacturing operations for data center skid/platform production, driving standardization, repeatability, and manufacturable design solutions. Manage production-readiness activities, inspections, and quality reviews; partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to deliver successful projects; oversee change management and configuration control to maintain product integrity; monitor performance metrics and pursue continuous improvements in throughput, cost, and customer satisfaction. Onsite role located in Killeen, TX; focus on scaling data center manufacturing and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, industrial manufacturing, or modular construction environments
- Experience working directly with hyperscaler, colocation, or mission critical customers
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, and project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data center quality requirements, documentation standards, and customer acceptance processes
- Working knowledge of fabrication, welding, assembly, coatings, and manufacturing processes
- Experience managing change management and configuration control programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer expectations with operational efficiency and business objectives
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives
