Job Summary
Manager of Data Analytics at See’s Candies located in San Francisco, CA leads enterprise analytics technology, oversees a team of analysts and engineers in Data Science and Business Intelligence, and drives development of advanced analytics capabilities using statistical modeling, ML/AI, and data mining. Supervises 4 employees and ensures training, documentation, and knowledge transfer while partnering with vendors to support the data platform and drive business value.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, plus two years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or related position involving data warehouse design and ETL/ELT processes. Experience must include data governance; data integration; cloud migration; Spark; Azure Databricks; and data warehousing.
