Job Summary
Lead analytics for wage & hour and labor & employment matters, analyze and manage data sets, produce accurate, timely data reports to support attorney workflows, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build meaningful solutions. Drive efficiency and accuracy by enhancing analytics processes, contribute ideas to evolve the team’s data operations, and thrive in a professional, collaborative environment with an established analytics team led by the Director of Analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Data analytics experience in wage & hour or labor & employment work law
- Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
- Demonstrated leadership—either prior management experience or strong natural leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and ease working directly with attorneys and legal teams
