Job Summary
Manager of Curriculum Production: a high-impact leadership role focused on turning AI-driven curriculum vision into scalable outputs. You will personally build AI systems, demos, and GPT/Claude-based solutions used in curriculum delivery; standardize production systems, templates, and quality benchmarks; lead and develop a team of Curriculum Producers; set production priorities; build a centralized library of prompts and curriculum IP; extract insights and playbooks from program content; partner with the Chief Innovation Officer to translate strategic vision into deliverables; identify gaps in learning journeys and improve curriculum structure; drive production velocity while maintaining quality; implement AI-first workflows enabling scale without linear headcount growth. Location: Minnesota preferred (MN, US).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building AI systems, tools, or demos that are actively used in real-world applications
- Experience leading or managing a team responsible for content, curriculum, or product output
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to create scalable processes and templates
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with high output expectations
- Strong ability to extract insights, patterns, and frameworks from unstructured information
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, innovation, and leadership teams
- High level of ownership, accountability, and performance orientation
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong operator mindset with ability to manage high-volume output without sacrificing quality
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, growth, and/or customer experience teams
- Demonstrated ability to impact performance through content, systems, or production initiatives
- High ownership with ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
