Manager of Corporate Strategy

Job Summary
Lead and shape strategic initiatives to drive growth and margin expansion, including identifying new opportunities, conducting market and competitive analysis, evaluating potential acquisitions, and guiding cross-functional efforts. Responsibilities include shaping M&A pipeline management, due diligence, and integration; performing financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation; developing business cases and strategic charters; coordinating with senior leadership and partners to frame opportunities, create pitch materials, and chart a path forward. Travel up to 10% and work within an office environment to interface with business leaders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Required Education level: Bachelor Degree
- Years of related experience: 8-10 years in investment banking, strategy consulting or finance
- Strong quantitative, writing and people skills
- Experience in data visualization and BI tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership effectively
