Job Summary
Manager of Conversation Analysis leads a team of analysts, owns labeling methodology, rubrics, and ground truth labeled data powering Authenticx AI models. Ensures engagement, accuracy, and throughput of the team, delivering labeling and insights mining initiatives on schedule. Combines people management with methodological ownership and a client-facing presence; develops analysts, serves as SME to clients and cross-functional partners (Data Science, Prompt Engineering, Product, Client Success), and advances the function through innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience leading analytical, labeling, or quality-focused teams
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes of quality or performance issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating complex methodology into clear guidance
- Proven track record in client-facing settings as a subject-matter expert
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams such as data science or engineering
- Demonstrated record of innovation and elevating existing teams
