Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs

Job Summary
Coordinate on-site resident services and support providers to ensure seamless collaboration and avoid service duplication. Conduct outreach to external agencies and property residents to connect them with resources for lease obligations, housing stability, and personal goals. Lead recurring eviction prevention programs and host educational events to foster resident leadership and community engagement. Model the Hospitality Covenant by resolving conflicts, interpreting lease guidelines, and maintaining accurate case records. Submit incident summaries within 48 hours and compile monthly and annual activity reports for the management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a helping profession
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supportive services, case management, social work, community outreach, or related roles
- Proven experience coordinating resident services and collaborating with external agencies and community partners
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations and support residents facing housing stability, financial, or social challenges
- Experience planning and facilitating community events, educational workshops, or resident leadership initiatives
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Must work under deadlines and ability to meet deadlines
- Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 20 pounds across site
- Travel required to property sites
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Social Work
- preferably in affordable housing, property management, or nonprofit settings
- Familiarity with lease compliance, eviction prevention, and housing regulations
