Job Summary
Lead a regional team of 15-17 Study Management Associates within SMAO/CSL/CDO to drive best-in-class study execution. Oversee performance management, mentoring, career development, and training curriculum development while ensuring adherence to policies, regulatory guidelines (ICH and GCP), and global study strategies. Build cross-functional partnerships across global study teams, optimize resource management, and foster an inclusive, high-performing remote/virtual work environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and substantial clinical research and people-management experience; demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, coach peers, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pharma setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred
- Extensive experience of clinical research
- Experience managing direct people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing needs
