Manager of Clinical Services

Oversee coordination of patient care, assign appropriate staff to each case, conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care, and manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff. Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving while assisting in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts. Requires a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience and 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities.
