Manager of Clinical Services

Oversee coordination of patient care, assign staff to cases, and conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality standards. Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving while managing hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff. Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts to champion a culture of excellence and empathy. Requires current RN license, 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience, and 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities.
