Manager of Clinical Services (RN)

Manage the clinical care team at the St. Croix Hospice branch by receiving case referrals, reviewing patient information, and assigning hospice personnel to meet home care needs. Conduct quarterly record reviews, communicate findings to the Regional Director, and oversee the maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Direct clinicians through conferences, record reviews, and home visits to evaluate diagnoses, prognosis, and therapeutic goals while establishing Plans of Care. Hire, evaluate, and terminate staff under delegation; assist in screening new employees and conducting annual clinician evaluations. Manage business growth initiatives, including medical expenses, DME, and supplies inventory. Participate in on-call duties, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and lead in-service education programs. Maintain a positive caregiving culture and advance community health needs assessments.
