Job Summary
Manager of Clinical Risk and Quality Improvement oversees day-to-day clinical risk mitigation and quality improvement analysis, ensuring FTCA deeming and HRSA program compliance, leading risk assessments, incident investigations, RCA coordination, patient grievances, risk reporting, and committee support; collaborates with Data and Analytics to interpret dashboards, leads performance improvement projects, designs and executes targeted QI projects for FTCA, Joint Commission ambulatory care, and PCMH requirements, and provides training, policy updates, and accreditation readiness supporting Board-level governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree required
- Graduate degree in nursing, public health, or other relevant field preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
- Strong project management skills
- Quality improvement, systems change, and policy development skills
- Strong analytic skills; experience mining an EHR for required data
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulations
