Job Summary
Manager of Clinical Operations leads execution of the US Clinical strategy and business plan, mentors US Clinical staff, and coordinates delivery of high-quality data to Sponsors. The role emphasizes building a high-performance culture, providing timely reporting to the Head of US Clinical and executives, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical personnel, implementing training for CTM/CRA teams, and facilitating ongoing learning to improve clinical monitoring services. Requires a science-related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in clinical trial/operations management, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to thrive in a hybrid, high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science related field
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical trial management or clinical operations management
- Ability to lead and motivate people at all levels
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Experience developing and implementing training for Clinical Trial Management staff (CTM), CRA, and Clinical Support teams
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
