Job Summary
Oversee planning, organizing, and development of the cleaning services operation; manage staffing, scheduling, and training; collaborate with the Director to budget for cleaning contracts and monitor expenses; ensure equipment maintenance and arrange repairs/replacements as needed; ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards while maintaining high quality care; require ability to manage multiple program responsibilities and supervise staff, with emphasis on customer service and developmental-disabilities experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or related
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Two (2) years commercial cleaning experience
- Two (2) years customer service
- Two (2) years management/supervisory experience

- Four (4) years commercial cleaning experience
