Oversee daily team workload and workflow, ensuring performance thresholds are met and operational efficiency is maintained. Address personnel-related issues with constructive feedback, collaborate on measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing business processes. Manage product roadmap development through the portfolio process, communicate Sprint and Feature details to the Operations Management Team, and ensure accurate documentation compliance. Proactively resolve issues to maintain operational continuity across Salesforce and EagleFang integrations. This role supports the mission to Share Christ and Love People within a hybrid work environment.
