Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Building management experience
- degree or certification in facilities management
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, mobile work order applications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Budgeting and resource management experience
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Physical ability to perform duties as described
