Job Summary
Develop and optimize email, SMS, and mobile app campaigns through audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis to drive ticket sales, membership retention, and merchandise revenue. Collaborate daily with the Marketing & Fan Experience, 12th Man Foundation, and Aggie NIL units to coordinate year-round messaging and manage the athletics customer database. Oversee digital advertising media buys and third-party vendor relationships while utilizing Google Analytics to report on engagement trends and campaign outcomes. Requires a non-standard work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of related experience in marketing and/or advertising
- Ability to work a non-standard work week including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong written communication

- Creative and self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks
- Master's degree in an applicable field
