Manager of Accounting & Finance

Job Summary
Lead, recruit, and develop the shared services accounting team to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Oversee AR, AP, and Capital, driving process improvements while managing internal and external audits as the primary liaison. Lead SOX 404 compliance efforts, including control documentation, testing, and remediation, and coordinate the semi-annual hard close process. Review account reconciliations, customer credit assessments, cash collections, and bad debt analyses, and partner with ERP administrators to resolve system issues. Manage vendor relationships and software license renewals, and collaborate with global finance teams to support corporate tax reporting. This role requires a 3 days/week on-site schedule in Nashua, NH, with a preference for a CPA and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- SOX
