Job Summary
Lead the shared services accounting team to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while overseeing AR, AP, and capital processes. Drive SOX 404 compliance through control documentation, testing, and remediation, and manage the semi-annual hard close and audit coordination as the primary liaison with external auditors. Review account reconciliations, credit assessments, and bad debt analyses, then partner with ERP administrators to resolve system issues and manage vendor software contracts. Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple business units to support tax reporting and cross-functional finance initiatives. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead global compliance efforts and drive continuous improvements in accounting efficiency and accuracy within a market leader for high-speed electrical connectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- SOX

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
