Job Summary
Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS and SEC reporting requirements, including IPO readiness; draft technical white papers addressing accounting issues under IFRS and US GAAP; participate in transforming IFRS to US GAAP; develop, implement and assess internal controls to ensure SOX compliance; perform internal controls related to financial reporting; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors; issue accounting policies for the global organization; contribute to monthly internal reporting and reconciliations; drive continuous improvement of the financial reporting process and efficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience with US GAAP/IFRS consolidation and SAP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
- 5+ years of experience, preferably at a public accounting firm
- Experience with the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS
- Experience with process/controls documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- CPA is a plus
