Job Summary
Lead and coordinate NVIDIA's OEM technical field teams to ensure successful product integrations and deployments with OEM partners, overseeing NPI and end-to-end solution development, cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, OEM project management, and sales, and recruiting executive-level talent. Drive orchestration of hardware and software solutions for data-center deployments, strengthen technical relationships with OEM customers, represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM reviews, and align OEM engagement with sales strategy and roadmap planning. Demonstrate leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize workflows, and guide teams to deliver complete, integrated NVIDIA technology stacks including GPU, networking, and software components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with IT management (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management
- 4+ years of leading a team
- Proven coordination and cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, and product
- Experience with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes
- Technical breadth across GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks for data center and OEM deployments
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews and manage customer relationships
- Recruiting competence and ability to lead interview panels and craft executive-level hiring justifications
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to influence OEM engagement strategy and roadmap planning
