Job Summary
Space Manager (Occupancy Planning) at JLL/BlackRock space team responsible for planning, allocating, optimizing, and governing workplace space in line with business demand and global standards. Key duties include space allocation across desks, neighborhoods, and buildings; forecasting headcount and utilization; coordinating moves and restacks; owning Accordant space-management data and desk-booking integrations; governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to determine fixed vs. shared desking. Requires strong leadership, data validation, and proficiency in CAD, Excel, Power BI, and dashboard creation. 6-8+ years in space planning with experience in large corporate environments and seating planning of 2000+ seats. On-site location: Gurugram, India.
