Job Summary
Interim Manager OB/GYN and PEDS responsible for overseeing the OB/GYN unit and supervising the CN4 Nurse Supervisor, with oversight of ambulatory patient care and clinical staff (RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants). Manages timekeeping, payroll, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives. Requires BSN, 3-5 years leadership in Women and Children’s Services, CA residency, and CA RN license. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS; EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office skills preferred. Relocation support provided (housing, airfare, rental car) for assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- CA RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
- CA residency
- 3-5 years leadership experience in Women and Children’s Services
- EMR (EPIC) proficiency preferred
