Job Summary
Lead and oversee nutritional services operations in a hospital setting, directing food production for patients, cafeteria, and catering; improve culinary presentation, ensure meals are produced timely and cost-effectively while meeting quality and regulatory standards; supervise and collaborate with clinical nutrition; plan and coordinate menus and recipes; provide leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication; ensure compliance with nutrition and food safety requirements; required licensure includes Registered Dietitian and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification; California driver’s license may be required at hire; location: Redlands, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition and/or Dietetics, Food Systems Management, or related field
