Manager Nursing - Woodbury Surgery Center

Assess, plan, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of patient pathways to achieve identified outcomes while assuming a leadership role in providing quality nursing care. Supervise the smooth functioning of the unit on assigned shifts and demonstrate continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based on age-specific needs. Maintain appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills for the position. Requires current licensure in the state, BLS certification, and a BSN or Master's degree in Nursing/Management. Preferred qualifications include CNOR.
