Manager, Nursing Triage and MPAR

Lead nursing triage and medication prior auth and refill (MPAR) teams by providing clinical guidance, supervising staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Oversee patient assessment, evaluation, and initial care while managing department resources, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives. Facilitate ongoing education, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and collaborate with medical groups and telehealth teams to optimize patient experience. Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations and ANC Key Performance Indicators.
