Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care by ensuring competent staffing in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments. Insure efficient utilization of available resources while meeting productivity and financial goals, and satisfy customer service expectations. Collaborate effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff across the hospital to enhance communication, share pertinent data, and improve processes throughout the continuum. Requires a BSN, current RN license, and minimum three years of nursing experience with leadership skills.
