Job Summary
Manage Administrative Supervisors and the Staffing Office to support 24-hour PRMCE services operations. Oversee resource management, customer relations, and operational standards while developing program and fiscal planning for these teams. Perform all duties in alignment with the Mission and Core Values of the Sisters of Providence. This role requires a Washington Registered Nurse License and supervisory experience, with a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement. Providence Regional Medical Center Everett maintains a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care and holds the HealthGrades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Nursing experience with manager or supervisory experience.
